We have received information regarding the lack of supply of head and neck restraint devices from some manufactures of SFI-38.1 certified units. This means that there’s a good chance that some people may not get their device in time for the June 2nd deadline.

Therefore, we feel that the best course of action is to push the mandate deadline back to July 2nd, rather than make an exception for just those that have devices on back order.


This gives everybody an extra month to get their device lined up and paid for.
