Doc's Upholstery is successful locally owned business and 2008 NASA Midwest 944 Spec Series Sponsor. Each year, Kraig "Doc" Bryant puts on a Charity car show in Belvidere, Illinois,. Going into it's 4th year, Doc has raised a total of over $22,000 for worthy local and national charities, such as the Helping Hands Network, and the Special Olympics. Team Thunderbolt competed in the 25 Hours of Thunderhill endurance race with a '83 944-Spec and finished 31st overall out of 67 teams that took the green flag and sixth in a class of twenty E2 cars. It outlasted many newer and faster cars with its low maintainence of just one set of tire change and front brake pads! |

NorCal had four CASH race weekends in 2007 with $4,200 in direct cash payouts. In addition there were the Toyo dollar contingencies for every race weekend and the door prizes of Napa Valley wine and other special merchandises. Every 944-Spec racer that participated in a NorCal race were also eligible to the year-end prize table value at over $4,200 and guaranteed a prize. Congratulations to Greg Brandeau who won the race series in the Dinoco #43 car to become the NorCal 2007 944-Spec champion.  |

A wacky event that is part endurance racing, part demolition derby and all fun!  As a prerequisite for entering the LeMons, the total amount spent for the car, parts and accessories must not exceed $500. This does not include safety equipment such as the roll cage, race seat, harness, fire suppression system, brakes or tires. |

24 Hours of LeMons Team Fish out of Water launched their attempt on this wacky race today. Ken Huey and Jerry Whitteridge turned up at Altamont Raceway Friday afternoon to grab a good paddock spot and some test and tune laps. |
