My Take

15) I would rather see us stay stock, but I have no major issues with this. One issue is that it will become a "must do" for any car running an enduro.

16) I support as and "performance" impact from insulating fuel line is counter by the improves saftey given where these lines run.

Joe don't know if it matters but just like a cat the fuel restrictor is one of the few things the DMV emissions test looks at. I don't know how that hits the "drive it to the track" folks...do you have to have 2 necks and swap them out?...

For those that want to drive to the track with legal tags and insurance, you must move to an area that doesn't have emissions checks, ie: Sedona
