Pretty sure there is only a couple of people who want new rules.

I know it is a big thumbs down in so-cal.

Chuck,
There are 3 posts with 7 specific proposals for 2011.
Only 1 of them covers Data Aqusition. That proposal has 2 parts (or two variations on the same theme). One with limited sharing of the data and one with no sharing.

I want to see feedback on the proposals as written. This post has lots of comments and talk and that went into crafting the word around what was proposed. Maybe proposal 2011-7a and 7b are still way off the mark. If so make it clear there.
