It looks like your bumper shocks have been pushed in. The bumper needs to be fully extended by the rules. One of the great thing about the pre-Turbo/S1 style 944's is their battleship bumpers. These are mounted on shocks that absorb impact, and are reusable. Just attach the front bumper to something solid, like your truck, and back up to pull it out all the way. Good as new!

Yep,
The bumper is pushed in. Just slightly though.

One I pulled mine out was when I was getting towed in I tapped the brake and that popped the bumper back in place since the tow hook is attached to the bumper.
