What different Tire? My understanding is the RA1 is being discontinued. What are we comparing against? Are you talking with a different manufaturer for a sponsorship?

Frankly I don't care if we run on snow tires (probably cheaper); but, we'd still argue over tire pressure, camber and driving styles. I'm not sure I see the motivation for even thinking about a change (unless of course the new sponsor is bringing big bucks).

Maybe not, but if there is a different tire out there it will need to be low cost and equal. IF the R888 turns out to be higher cost and less equal then we will need to look at making a change. If it's low cost and equal AND TOYO keeps the sponsorship in place then no change is better.

From what I've read Toyo is the official tire for all NASA spec series.
