If the pulley has 5 ribs, it's early, if it has 6 it's late. You can run a 5 rib belt on a 6 rib pulley in a pinch.

I recently purchased a complete parts car and may have it at nationals. Excluding that I will have a spare transmission and various spare suspension parts.
