I will bring my usual pile of parts: head and gaskets, AFM, Throtle body, DME, DME relay, steel A arm & ball joint, Tie rod and ball joint, front calipers, brake psds, front spindles, front hub, CVs and axle, starter, alt., fuel rail and injectors, hoses, belts, misc. gaskets, strut and housing, shifter and bushing, slave cylinder, master cylinder, radiator and some misc parts that I cannot remember.

I have a back up engine but mo way to transport it.

Sounds like a good collection of parts guys! Any junk yards with 944's in the vicinity?

Anybody in Cal who can bring Jim's motor?

I am working on a spare motor. If I dont have it assembled before Nats I will at least bring the head.

Does anyone locally have a cherry picker? Makes it alot easier to lower engine out of bay when swaping out.

I have a couple of spare axles too.
