Hey guys and gals, my good fortune fishing this week has left me with about 20 lbs of Mahi Mahi.
I would like to sponsor a Fish Taco dinner for the 944 crowd and their friends and familys. We will also have either Pollo Asado and or Carne Asada for those who dont eat fish.
The current plan is to do this Thursday night around 5 pm before the mandatory 6:30 pm drivers meeting.
If I can get a head count and meat preference that will give me an idea of what to buy.
I could use some help with cooking and prep so if you have a spare BBQ or spare time please let me know.
We can do this a different night if we as a group think Thursday is not the best time.
Be sure to let me know your thoughts and if you can attend.

I forgot to mention that this is a BYOB event. so bring what you want to drink.

If someone wants to bring chips, salsa and guacamole that would be great.

I can hit Costco for some chips and salsa. Can't guarantee the guacamole...
