Does anybody have an old power steering rack they want to sell cheap? I think my vibration in the front end is wheel bearings but I'm going to change the rack and tie rod ends while I have it apart. I'll be at the shop 10:30am saturday if you want to bring it then.

Thanks

Ron

There must be some rule against trading parts like this to help a someone others have to beat on track.

If not, WE NEED A NEW RULE.

By the way, front end wheel bearings are tricky to get tightened correctly. At least they are tricky for me. The other thing to check is that the rotors are not warped while you have it apart. My front rotors seem to warp more than I would have expected and now is the time to turn them if they need it.

Ron - If you remember I had a vibration in the front end too. I looked at everything but it only went away when I changed my INNER tie rods.

Jim, that sounds like something we need to settle at Thunderhill! Looking forward to banging fenders with you and teaching you a lesson!!

Jerry, I think you might be right, so I'm going to do wheel bearings and tie rod ends at the same time. I don't want to get to the track only to still have the same problem.
