I'm engineering a project to install fiber optics at the track, part of a contract for NASCAR. But for some reason I didn't get good local contacts.

I just checked my emails and I don't have a good contact to give you. You probably need to back to the contract, but you could also try calling NASA HQ and ask Dave Ho what he suggests. I KNOW Dave will have some good contacts there.
