I brought this up in the middle of a different thread but I think this warrants its own space.

If any tire is allowed then there has to be some way of dealing with track records. If records are broken with faster tires and we go back to Toyos then there is no chance of the records being broken again.

I am recomending that we put track records on hold until we are all back on a spec tire.

Any thoughts?
