Hey guys, I am looking for the factory bearing clearances for a 2.5NA motor. I need them for the balance shafts, crank and rods.

Are these loosened up for racing in the spec class?

Any help in this area would be great.

With our #2 bearing concerns, I've always kept them within OE specs. That said the very first motor I had built in '07 had Specs on the looser side of OE, and has lived for 6 seasons without incident in the hands of Angel Blasquez.

Do you have the shop manuals? I can bring you a set this weekend if not (but you'll have to show me the line around Laguna).

I'll also have my little tech specs book with me that has all that stuff.

The shop manual are also avialable for download online from a few places. Google 944 shop manual.
