I would do that it is acutaully a good idea but im way to deep into it and I love my car I wouldnt give it up so easily.

I lurked around a few 944 forums and found good stuff for discounted prices, RA1's, springs, t-bars, shocks, swaybars. But it takes a while.

The only thing I've bought new so far is coilover kits. I posted some links in this post for new kits, cheapest I could find.

Front Suspension:
-Stock Struts
-Stock Springs
-Stock Inserts
-Adjustable Welt 30mm Sway Bar

Rear Suspension:
-Power Barz 30mm Solid Torsion bars
-Koni Adjustable Shocks
-Adjustable Welt 22mm sway bar

With these setup what can I do to compensate for the difference in stiffness? Are is it even an issue?

Front bar full stiff, rear full soft would help, but having mismatched shocks is going to make it a handfull in any case...

I would even consider disconnecting the rear Weltmeister bar, until you can get some suspension in the front.

Thanks for all the info! I need to know if welding the seams of my car is legal and is there any gain to doing so? and how would I box weld my front control arms?
