Guys,

As you probably know, the disaster in Japan has completely derailed Toyo production. So, we have a Spec tire class, with no Spec tire. I have no firm direction from the national office yet, and a race in just over a week. I also have no ETA on the few Toyos that our out there, so I'd get something else if you had planned on that. So, I've talked this over with Bryan Cohn, and rather than stress about things, we're going to have some fun with this. Bring whatever tire you want on your stock/class legal 15" rim, and you can run. Expect some creative "adjustments" for your tires depending on how sticky (and wide) they are. I'm not giving away any secrets in what I will do, only that it will NOT involve ballast. Somebody, bring a Hoosier, I can't wait! We're going to make lemonade out of this lemon!
