Congratulations to Ray Freundt for a banner rookie year and inaugural 944 Midwest 944 Spec Championship!


As often as not, Ray could be found helping others get on track, even missing his own track time to do so. In a similar spirit, Ray was not only on the podium at Nationals this year, he was the podium, after the true podium blew away (literally). Thanks also to John Brandenburger for his "support" on the right!



Ray pretty much swept things - Rookie of the year, most spectacular off, etc. - a great year - Congratulations

Angel Blasquez was the runner up - also in his Rookie year. Angel was exceptionally consistent this year - almost never off of the podium, or off of the track.



I would also like to thank these guys, as they raced clean all year, and provided a lot of life and character to the 944 Spec paddock
