For some reason I have not heard anything from our National Director regarding the Food Competition.

What are the categories/classes and do we have to enter them in advance? What will the judging criteria be? Who will be the judges? Will there be live TV coverage of the judging?

So many questions, so little time, so much great food!!!!!!!
