Polyurethane is what comes with the Weltmeister bar and that's fine, although you do have to grease them a lot.

Yes but I'm not looking to replace the bar, just the bushings

I think RD was just saying that polyurethane is fine. Weltmeister is an example of a performance anti-roll bar that comes with polyurethane.

There should be two inner bushings that tie to the chassis and two outer bushings for the bar ends that tie to the lower arms.

The bar bushings need to be matched to the bar diameter.

To expand a bit, if you're running the stock bar and the car is mainly a street car there is no reason to run anything but the stock rubber. Even if you track it a bit the rubber will be better. Polyurethane on the street will drive you to drink with all the squeaking and binding up and the performance difference at that level is negligible at best.

Now if you track the car you should shortly be looking at an upgrade, along with the rest of the suspension but even then weigh that out with how much street vs track time and if it's in favor of the street stay with stock. The handling may not be quite as sharp but you won't notice it and unless you're running for laptimes like in a time trial the speed difference will also be unnoticable.
