Found a typo on the section references:

12.5 Heads
12.5.1 Cylinder heads may be shaved to limits listed in 11.5.2 and 11.5.3 to achieve the maximum
compression ratio of 10.5:1 for all eligible model years. This is intended to provide sufficient
allowance to true the head more than once.....

11.5.2 and 11.5.3 should be 12.5.2 and 12.5.3.

15.2.1 For the purposes of inspection and compliance the maximum track as measured in 14.2.2
shall be no greater than 68.25 inches front and 67.25 inches rear.

14.2.2 should be 15.2.2
